Comprising 4 stairwells, 8 storeys over the first floor and two basement levels, the building provides around 12,000 m² of living space for 176 apartments, 127 parking spaces and 123 cellars, as well as 420 m² of floor space for community facilities and public services (Equipements d'Intérêt Collectif et Services Publics - EISCP).
The units in this development are currently offered for rent under free-rent leases.

CDC Investissement Immobilier, on behalf of Caisse des Dépôts, has successfully entered the Nordics by acquiring from Bellakvarter A/S two residential complexes totaling 13,400 sqm and 182 units located in urban Copenhagen.
The properties, namely "Mørchs Hus" and "Strunges Hus," are situated in the "Bella kvarter" area and were completed in 2022 and 2023. They are rated EPC A2020, the top local level, and are certified DGNB Gold.
Fokus Nordic assisted CDC Investissement Immobilier with this off-market acquisition and will manage the assets.

CDC Investissement Immobilier is please to announce that MORNING has taken over last July a 3,500 sq. metre lease on Harmony building in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (93), joining EPSON, in order set up its head offices in the building.
